In my personal celebration of Cirque Du Soleil coming to the NW I walked in to the studio hoping to experience what it's like to be in the circus for a day. I found out it was fantastic! Seattle’s Danskin Triathlon

It's been two years since I ran in the Seattle Danskin Triathlon and I have been looking forward to round two ever since! Today I bit the bullet and registered for this year's event! Now I'm excited and I'm looking forward to beating my old time! And how could I not be excited? I'll get to run, swim, and bike around a beautiful park all for a good cause! The Danskin Triathlon is an annual, women-only event that is held in eight cities across the country. Each event they host consists of a half mile swim, 12 mile bike, and three mile run. The shorter distances make this a perfect triathlon for beginners!...
